Design phase

If, after our initial consultation, you decide to proceed then we will arrange a second meeting with you. At this stage, we will present our draft design, talk through and begin to refine the concept. Our design fee will also become payable.

What you get
During the design phase we undertake a detailed site survey and refine our initial concepts to a finished design with you. This can include site visits, material samples and more - it depends on your requirements. Once you are happy with the proposals, we will produce a colour plan of the final garden design, which will include an outline of the materials and plants to be used.

If you want a full planting list or detailed construction drawings we will prepare these as well. Any additional items you want us to source, such as furniture or children's play equipment, will be included at this stage.

We believe in transparent costing, so we also produce a quotation for the construction phase once the design is finalised. What you see at this point is what you pay.
